1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Belvoir Estate website, or by booking a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your engagement with our services entirely.

2. Booking and Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and written confirmation from our staff. Inquiry submissions do not guarantee a booking until we receive the required deposit and finalize confirmation. Specific rates and availability may fluctuate.

3. Payment & Cancellation

A deposit is necessary to secure your reservation at Belvoir Estate. Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance for a refund. Detailed policies regarding late cancellations or modifications are provided at the time of final confirmation.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to observe and respect the peaceful nature of Belvoir Estate during their stay. Guests are wholly responsible for any damage caused to the estate's property or facilities during their occupancy. We reserve the right to request immediate departure if terms of conduct are severely breached.

5. Limitation of Liability

Belvoir Estate is not liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings, or for any personal injury sustained during your stay. We aim to ensure the utmost safety, but guests use the property at their own discretion.
